Today is my first day at my new school. Mom said that I am going to make new friends.

"But what if no one wants to be friends"?, I asked mom. Do I play alone?

When I got to my new class, I realized that no one looked like me. Would they still want to be my friend? Would everyone be nice to me? I had a lot of questions.

The teacher introduced me to the class. I told them my name was Daniel, but I liked to be called Danni. Danni with a "I" I said. Then everyone welcomed me. After being introduced, Mrs. showed me where I will be sitting. My new seat was next to Lilly.

After i sat down, I introduced myself. "Hi, I'm Danni" I said. "I just moved here". Then she said, "I'm Lilly and I'm old here". You will like it, every one is nice, but it gets really cold here.

When it's time for recess, I'll show you my friends, they will be your friends too! We can all play together.
