First, I'm going to tell you how Calcium Cabonate forms in nature. As you know, our first stop is in the ocean. That's a way Calcium Carbonate forms! To be specific, the salt water reacts when Calcium and bicarbonate enter it, forming the Calcium Carbonate. Time to visit our next stop!

Did you know that you use Limestone when drinking tea? Most tea cups have some type of Limestone in them, and if you put milk in your tea, remember that cows have a dietary calcium supplement that is derived from limestone.
