David liked guns. He had a special gold one.

One day his friend, James, came to his house.

"Why do you have gun",he said. "You shouldn't have one! They're dangerous!"

David replied,"The 2nd Amendent says I have the right to bear arms!"

They both headed outside but James was still mad. James then broke David's treasured gold gun. David was left speechless.

"I will sue you!", said David,"I know that I can do this because according to the 7th amendment, I have the right to a speedy trial because my gun is worth over $20!."

And so the court case began...

Order!

"Lets get this case over with. Just tell us you did it James and we can end this case. I want to go home, It been such a long day", said the judge.

"According to the 5th Amendment, I don't have to incriminate myself", said James

"He came into my house and broke my gun! You can examine the prints on the gun if you want to."

"Alright... I did it", sighed James,"I will pay you the money for the broken gun."

And so the court case ended.
