The Tucks wanted to start a farm and they came across a spring that made them live for everlasting.

Everyone took a drink except for the cat, and the cat died later in the story. Tuck (the husband) marked the spot with a big old T that makes a comeback later in the story

They made it to the place where they would start a farm, but the horse got shot and survived because he drank the water and like I said it makes people live for everlasting.

Jesse decided to be stupid and climb a high tree to get wood and fell down, broke his neck and survived and he's fine to this day. Some other crazy things happened that people would've gotten killed from but they didn't.

The Tucks left the farm and they haven't died ever since. oh yeah and Miles wife left him and took the kids, dang it karren.
