You were named after both of your Grandfathers, Richard Kuelz and Richard Austin, your Dad, Daniel Richard Austin and your Uncle Scott Richard Kuelz. You were the first Spring Baby born in Green County.  It was partly cloudy and 41 degrees, and the sunrise was beautiful.

Big Sister, Kaleigh, and Big Brother, Gator, are getting used to you and love you so much. You are picking your head up more and even bring your legs up under you. You hate not being held and you love sleeping.  

You celebrated your first Easter. You now weigh 11 pounds 13.5 ounces and are 22 1/2" long.

APRIL 20, 2018

You turned 1 month on April 20, 2018.

MAY 20, 2018

At 2 months, you are looking around more, laughing, talking a little.  Big sister loves to give you kisses.  You stayed up at the trailer for the first time overnight for Memorial Weekend.

You hate being startled awake and shots, but love a lamb that plays a heartbeat that was big Sister's.   You weigh 13 pounds 12 ounces and are 24" long.

You turned 2 months on May 20, 2018.

JUNE 20, 2018

You've started rolling to your side, and you are laughing more, and talking a little, too.

You hate having a wet diaper and let everyone know about it.  But you love your Big Sister, Kaleigh, and she loves you.  You also love watching Elmo on tv. 

Gator has gotten used to you and he's fine with two little ones being around now.

You turned 3 months on June 20, 2018.

JUNE 24, 2018

June was the month you were baptized wearing the outfit your Daddy and Grandpa Austin wore for their baptism. Uncle Scott, Aunt April, Josh Jarvis, and Joni Bruce were your Godparents. A party was held at Grandpa and Grandma Austin's farm shed after.

You were given a small flower to wear, a special gift which one day will be used in your boutonniere when you get married.

You were baptized 

June 24, 2018.

JULY 20, 2018

You got to go to the Green County Fair this month with the Austin family and tried your first taste of a cream puff, which you liked.  You held your bottle for the first time on July 24, 2018, too.  You also held your toy and grabbed your toes and chewed on them.  You love baths, and hate having a wet diaper and being hot. Went to fireworks with both Grandparents in Brodhead.

You now weigh 15 pounds 15 ounces, and are 25.5" long.

You turned 4 months on July 20, 2018.

This month you blew raspberries and thought it was funny. You took your first trip down to the Boone County Fair where Mommy was showing her ponies and you loved it.  You were so good and a big hit with all our friends down there. 

You still hate wet diapers, but love your big Sister, Kaleigh, Uncle Scott, and can sit up a little.

August 20, 2018

You turned 5 months on August 20, 2018.

You started eating baby food and sit up more. You also play with your toys and went potty on the toilet for the first time.  You don't liking medicine and you really screech when you get hungry or when someone isn't feeding you fast enough.  You still love your Big Sister, Kaleigh, and love eating prunes and apples.  

You now weight 17.2 pounds and are 27" long.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2018

You turned 6 months September 20, 2018.

You love to move around on your tummy, and you're such a happy baby.  You also love to pull Big Sister Kaleigh's hair when she's giving you a kiss, not on purpose, of course.  You don't like Kaleigh screaming in your face,  or not being fed fast enough, you still squeal. You do love to sit up and eating macaroni and cheese and Chicken and Apples Baby food.   You now weigh 18.8 pounds.

Halloween you were a Dalmation and Kaleigh was Cruella DeVille.
