The cold wind howled through the dark night sky. Tim and Ethan were in their igloo eating their small amount of fish.         The next day Ethan and Tim woke up at 5:00. They left the warm igloo with layers of cloth. They felt the cold wind blow against their face. Tim and Ethan always went to get food in summers because in winters it snowed cats and dogs of freezing snow. Summers only lasted 6/10 weeks making it yet harder. They walked 5 miles to their food source. Once they were their they were shocked seeing their being way less snow and the icy mountain had cliffs falling of snow! Ethan and Tim both looked at each other. They heard a crack underneath them. They both were silent in fear.

       “AHHHH,’’ yelled Ethan. Tim and Ethan fell into the cold water. They finally found surface. It was a small amount of ice going through the deadly cold water. They were stuck and were freezing.’’ why is the ice breaking’’ asked Tim hardly because his teeth clicking .“The tundra covers 1/5 of land surface, but because of humans acts by releasing bad gases and much more tundra is getting smaller by the minute. I did not expect it to cause problems this quick,” said Ethan.
