Have you ever rode on a steam train? I road on a 1906 steam train, at the Strasburg Rail road, in Ronks, Pennsylvannia. The rail road is in a small Amish community. Come with me on my amazing journey to the past.

Early in the morning, I opened my eyes, looked around, it was pitch black outside. A while later we arrived at the rail road. All of a sudden, I heard,"choooo- choooo!" Startled by the loud sound, I yelled, "That was deafening!" I spun around and gazed at the massive black steam train.

Then, sweating horribly I trudged even farther, sat down on a bench, and patiently waited for the train. While I was waiting, I met the conductor of the train! He had a black suit with a tie and a bright red hat.
