The lonely little lion, Leo, was sadly separated from his parents. Leo knows to survive on his own he will need a few things.

Leo knows that he needs 3 major things to survive. He needs to find food, water, and shelter. The most important thing to find first is shelter, so he doesn't freeze from the cold temperature.

Leo is cold and wet but he knows he needs to find shelter. He pushes on until he comes across a great big tree! He is happy to call this tree home from now on.

Now that he found shelter, Leo needs to find food. He searches the land and he finds a half eaten antelope! He digs in and finds himself finishing the entire thing!

Leo finishes his food but soon realizes he is super thirsty. He looks around and sees a water hole on the other side of the horizon! He runs as fast as he can and slurps up as much water as his belly would let him.

Leo notices the air temperature is slowly starting to rise! The seasonal change to spring makes Leo super excited.

Leo has found all of the things he needs to survive, but he is still lonely. He searches for a new friend until he comes across a beautiful daisy that has just showed up due to the weather change! They become instant best friends.

Daisy the daisy is also very excited to find a new friend! Leo tells Daisy all about his adventures of finding essential things to his survival. Daisy explains to Leo she has needs as well! She needs air, nutrients, and water to live!
