My pets: I have a standard poodle named Gracie.

My Background: Both sets of my grandparents are from Germany, so I have adopted some of the German culture along with more of the traditional Texas culture!

Foods: My grandparents are from Germany, so Iove German food! Here are some of my favorites: Bratwurst, sauerkraut and stollen. I also love Tex-Mex. Fajitas and chips and salsa are delicious!

In my free time, I love to run, do yoga and go to church.

My Schooling

Favorite subjects: Growing up my favorite subjects were math and science. I love to experiment!

I had the unique experience of being homeschooled for several years which allowed several opportunities for hands-on learning. I hope we can accomplish that in our classroom too!
