Marty is the only moose left on Earth because it's getting too warm.

"Every year," he thinks, "it gets hotter and hotter. All my friends are already gone. Who will save me?"

Marty looks around and realizes that every day, someone new is missing. Birds, bears, foxes...

"It's just too hot!" he yells at the sun.

But what Marty doesn't understand is that it isn't the sun's fault. The sun does its best to keep the Earth warm, but with people driving cars and working in big buildings like these, the sun's warmth gets trapped on the earth with no escape.

"Wh-Who are you?" he asks, looking out from the pages of this book.

"Can you help me?"

"Yeah, we can't make that much of a difference."

"But how could we help you, Marty? We're just kids."

"Right in your own home!" Marty exclaimed, gaining hope. "You can use less water and unplug things when you're done using them, to start. If someone doesn't do something soon, people won't be able to grow food or even live comfortably. You have to help me, and our world!"

By caring for your environment, you can save animals like Marty and his friends. When we don't care for the world, things like global warming can happen, which can make the Earth a difficult place to live.
