A traditional economy is a system that relies on customs, history, and time-honored beliefs. Tradition guides economic decisions such as production and distribution. Traditional economies depend on agriculture, fishing, hunting, gathering, or some combination of the above.
market economy
A market economy is an economic system in which economic decisions and the pricing of goods and services are guided solely by the aggregate interactions of a country's individual citizens and businesses.

An agricultural subsidy is a government incentive paid to agribusinesses, agricultural organizations and farms to supplement their income, manage the supply of agricultural commodities, and influence the cost and supply of such commodities.

von Thunen Model- explains the location of different types agriculture related to the location of the market, land rent, and transportation costs. This method helps out a lot of farmers. The von Thunen model was made up of four rings.

Christaller's Central Place Theory- Explain the location of different types of services related to the location of consumers, the range they're willing to travel for service, and the population size needed to support a service. This theory also deals with the stock market. The theory was developed in 1933.



Textile mill towns in North Carolina- One of the textile mill in North Carolina is the Pilot mill. North Carolina has the largest textile mill factories. North Carolina has 700 textile mills.

High tech corridors in India- India has a lot of technology centers. Mumbai is the largest financial capital in India. Hyderabad is the second largest center in India.

Oil towns in Oklahoma- Oil in Oklahoma was first discovered by accident in 1859. In 1907 before Oklahoma became a state it produced plenty of oil. Companies in Oklahoma are making plenty of money producing oil.

Oil towns in Texas- Houston has the largest oil and gas company in Texas. In Austin the oil has attracted 300 companies including Jones and Energy Brigham exploration. Dallas also has the largest oil company

Situation as an Economic Influence-The conditions change over time along with the economic and business cycles, as an economy goes through expansion and contraction. Economic conditions are considered to be sound or positive when an economy is expanding and are seen as adverse or negative when an economy is contracting.
