how to make

Ingredients
500 gr. spinach leaves
100 gr. walnut
1 onion
2-3 head of garlic

white wine vinegar

wash the spinach. Put 5 minutes in boiled water.
Take the onion, garlic, walnuts and coriander and grind them. add salt, spices and stir well.

1tsp dried coriander
1tsp blue fenugreek
1tsp marigold
1tsp red pepper
half tsp cinnamon
5 crushed cloves

Preparation
Boil 2 liters of water with chicken. Then spreed oil onto the chicken and cook 180c. After chicken is cooked cut it into the pieces. Re-grind walnuts and add 1tsp dried coriander, 1tsp of blue fenugreek,1tsp of marigold, half tsp of cinnamon and 5 crushed cloves and mix them together. After mixing everything together add water and mix until the mixture gets smoother. At last put the mixture into the bowl and add fried chicken pieces.

Khachapuri
Cheese Pie
Ingredients for the dough
1k. flour
20 g. yeast
500 ml. milk
50 ml. oil
1 tsp. oil
for the stuffing
2 kg imeruli cheese or sulguni
2 eggs
Pour warm milk into a bowl and add yeast. After 10-15 minutes add flour, salt and knead the mixture into dough. Then cover it with a cloth and put it in a warm place.
Grind up the cheese and add the eggs. Split the resulting paste into several parts.. Moisten your hands with oil and knead the dough again. When the dough rises, put cheese in the middle (one 300g part of cheese per Khachapuri) and close it up. Put it face down on the table and roll it out lightly. Put the prepared Khachapuri on a baking tray and let it bake in a well-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Khachapuri can be both oven-baked or pan-fried.
