Once upon a time there was a puppy named Apollo.

Apollo was an adventurous pup. He was very different from the rest of the puppies.

All the other puppies dreamed of being the fastest dog or the first place show dog, but not Apollo. He wanted to be the first animal in space. But so did the evil cat Sputnik, It was a Space Race.

Day and night he thought of ways he could fulfill his dream.

Right when Apollo thought he found a way, Sputnik reached space.

Apollo cried and cried his dream of being the first animal to space was crushed.

But then Apollo thought of a better idea, why not be the first animal to the moon instead!

We thought for weeks and weeks, finally he figured out how to do it.

He got in his rocket named NASA, buckled up, then... the engine went up in flames.
