In Miami, Florida lived a boy named Willy.

Willy had lived there with his family for his whole life.

One day, Willy was upstairs and heard his parents fighting.

You are so rude!

Who is the mean, annoying one here!!

Willy became upset, and told them to stop.

Mom and Dad stop fighting!!!

The parents kept fighting for weeks on end!

One night, the parents called Willy and Willow ,Willy’s sister, downstairs.

They told Willy and Willow that they were getting a divorce.

That night, Willy sat at the top of the driveway, and cried for hours. At that moment, Willy decided he was going to run away.

So he ran up into his room, and packed a suitcase then left the house.

Willy lived by the ocean, and there was one boat that sat in the marina by his house. He hopped on the boat, and sat down.

After sitting on the boat for a while, Willy started feeling sleepy. So he laid down, and fell asleep, til the next morning.

Willy woke up to a loud honk in his ear, and the boat started moving. Willy heard somebody yell ,“To South America!"

Willy shouted and cried, “I need to get off ,"But nobody heard Willy.

I need to get off!!

That night, the boat stopped and served dinner. The food was delicious!

Later that night, Willy went to bed and fell asleep. The next morning, the tour guide brought everybody on a walk around South America.

Willy learned many things, like what the word hola means. He learned what churros tasted like. He also learned how the people there knitted the beautiful scarves they wear.

That night, the tour brought him back to the boat and the captain shouted in the speaker, “To Antarctica. You better put on your jackets folks."

A few days later, they arrived in Antarctica, it was so cold. That morning the tour guide hopped out of the boat and walked everybody around. Willy saw multiple penguins, and penguin babies. He learned about why whales need blubber in the winter.

Did you know? : A large group of penguins is call a rookery!

Willy got right back onto the boat and the captain shouted, “To Australia.” When the tour hopped off the boat he said, "Welcome to the land of kangaroos."

Willy saw a big kangaroo with a baby in it’s pouch. Willy learned about the different types of animals like the koala and wombat.

We build predator proof fences around our habitat.

I sleep 19 hours a day.

My baby is called my Joey.

Willy jumped back onto the boat and the captain shouted, “To Asia." In Asia, Willy got to learn about why people ride horses around and he got to learn about the Asian Elephant .

We ride horses to travel to different places.

Only Male elephants have tusks.
