I was so surprised when I received my first violin last March. I had been asking my Mom for a violin for awhile. When it arrived, it was one of the happiest days! I was so excited to begin this new journey of learning how to play it. First, I needed to tune it, and add rosin to the bow, but I did not know how to do this! So, I had a problem!

I thought that I was supposed to pick out all of the loose hairs from the bow, but I wound up damaging the first bow. I received a second bow in the mail, but it was damaged at the bottom. My Mom ordered a third bow. Finally, this was the bow for me!
