The Beginnings of Governemnt

Many people don’t understand the purpose of the government the purpose of the government it to maintain order since we are an agricultural society we need a system to keep us organized.  In our system we have many different powers the Legislative power allows the government to create laws. Executive power allows the government to enforce laws. Judicial power allows the government to settle legal disputes. The evolution theory is power from families parents control children. The force theory is establishing a new country when you apply force.  The divine right theory leaders based the government on god because they feel God has given the rigs for laws and rules. The social contract theory is based on the people. 

The Distrubtion of power

Power of the government you must be wondering what that is well the government organizes power in 3 different ways federal, unitary, and confederacy. The federal government power is shared between the national government. In a unitary system of government, the power to rule comes from the national government. In a Confederal system of government, the power is separated between regional governments which delegates to the national government. In a presidential system, the legislative and executive bodies are separate. In a parliamentary system, the legislative and executive bodies are combined. In some states they use checks and balances to give out power.
