Ramen γγγ
Ramen is a Japanese dish consisting of Chinese wheat noodles served in meat or fish-based broth. Soy sauce is usually put in ramen to give it more flavour. It has a variety of toppings such as sliced pork, nori, menma etc.

Sukiyaki γγγγ
Sukiyaki is a Japenese dish made and served in the nabemono style. It consists of meat which is slowly cooked or simmered at the table. With vegetables and other ingredients. It is cooked in a shallow iron pot with soy sauce, sugar and mirin.

Takoyaki γγγγ
Takoyaki is a ball-shaped Japanese appetizer or snack made of wheat flour-based cooked on a molded pan. It is usually filled with diced or minced octopus, tempura scrapes, pickled ginger, and green onion. The balls are brushed with takoyaki sauce.

Tempura is a Japanese dish usually consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. The dish is made by deep frying vegetables, seafood etc. in a light batter. Tempura was first made in the 16th century.

Kare Raisu is hugely popular in Japan. Many households cook it. As the curry is served with rice, you would hear the term 'curry rice'.
