The name of our town is Kalitor which comes from the names of the members in our team: Katsi, Lily and Todor.

Our town is small but cozy with its inhabitants numbering 700 000.

Our city is placed in the mountain Kal from where a river springs and there are a few lakes.

We have a sea, a lot of forests and beautiful lawns near our town.

Our city is run by a Mayor who is elected by all adult citizens /above 18/ for a period of 7 years, with voting. He must be over the age of 18. The procedure for election of Mayor is specified with a law adopted by the Municipal Council.

This process is very simple. Mayor may become a public figure accomplished in public affairs.

In this way everyone in our municipality strives to be better.

The Mayor's duties and responsibilities are not very simple.

He represents the city's population in institutions; takes care of the citizens' problems; he is responsible for their quick and easy administrative and public service.

In the event of non-compliance with their obligations, the Mayor may be removed by public vote by the Municipal Council.

The Mayor is responsible for keeping the public order and safety of the population; organizing the execution of acts of the Municipal Council; organizing the execution of the Municipal budget and long-term programs.

Municipality provides administrative services to the population by issuing documents related to the life of its citizens. Control functions related to the correct application and violation of laws are also performed.

Any citizen can contact the Mayor and the City Council to solve problems in the city.

The tourism industry is highly developed in our city.

We have many mineral springs and spa hotels.

Tourism brings major revenues to the Municipality's budget

The industry is highly developed. Our city has a separate industrial zone, located 30 km. from the city, where everything necessary is produced to meet the needs of our population and provide comfort to our tourists.

We have:

 - own HPP, which meets the needs of the population. Revenues from energy sales go to the budget;

- industrial plants equipped with wastewater, air and waste treatment facilities.

- RES located on the buildings and around them.

In the industrial zone are built treatment plants and systems for purification of air, water and soil.

Our waste is recycled and reused.

Our residential buildings have their own renewable energy sources, which preserve our nature, reduce our costs and contribute to reducing harmful emissions in our planet.
