Good morning!

Says the warm April sun,

it's time to wake up, it's time to have fun!

It is a beautiful day, let's go out and play!

We will look for frogs and look for deer, well that will be a magical day!

Let's go to Schmeeckle Reserve and go on a hike!

I can't wait to go explore!

Put on your boots and your jackets and let's run out the door!

I see:

A butterfly!

A turtle!

An ant!

A duck!

A fawn!

And three big gray clouds...

Our sun is gone, but that is okay!

We will still enjoy this wonderful day.

I am glad that today is so nice and warm,

it would be a shame to see a big storm!
