What are organizations?

An organization is a group of people who work together. Organizations exist because people working together can achieve more than a person working alone.

A school is an example of an organization.

The hierarchy begins with the principal, then the teaching staff, school secretary, teachers, cafeteria workers and security guard,drivers,electricians,plumbers, ... Principals are coordinator and are seen as the leader who runs the school. Teachers give grades, so they have "power" as well.
