This book is dedicated to my friends and classmates at Oasis Primary School to share about how Sea Animals' habitats are destroy by plastic pollution.

We have about 230,000 sea animals however out of the 230,000 animals more than 360 Marine species are endangered.
A sea turtle swims through the water and spotted a white object floating near the surface.
“Yum!” it thinks it is a jellyfish! Chasing after its dinner, the turtle swallows the object. But the floating object is not a jellyfish—it’s a PLASTIC BAG that could make the sea turtle sick.
Over 700 species of marine animals have been reported to have eaten or been entangled in plastic.
Scientists think that the amount of plastic in the ocean might triple by 2050—and that would mean seriously bad news for the ocean and the creatures that live there.
The ocean is the origin and the engine of all life on this planet — and it is under threat.
So how does trash get into the ocean?
It’s dumped, pumped, spilled, leaked and even washed out with our laundry. Each year, we expose the world’s waterways to an increasing variety of pollutants — plastic debris, chemical runoff, crude oil and more.

PLASTIC WASTE IS FLOODING OUR OCEANS.
IT'S NOW MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER TO REDUCE OUR PLASTIC FOOTPRINT WORLDWIDE.
