Queen elizabeth II was born as Elizabeth Alexandra Mary windsor in mayfair, londown on april 21st 1926

The Duke and Duchess of York, who later became KIng George Vi and Queen Elizabeth Where her parents, she was born into the Royal Family 

At the age of 25 her father died and on Febuary 6th, 1952 she took the throne.

After her coronation she went home and thought long and hard about what to do next.

She decided she wanted to have a big celebratory feast for all the royal guards

The new queen wanted to express her gratitude for the people who protect her and she wanted them to know she was grateful for them

So that night at Buckingham Palace, the queen had a large feast for all of the guards

She went to bed happy that she did her first god deed as the queen. Until a thought hit the back of her mind...
