If you can't open a bottle or jar, don't give up! Ask a grown up or friend, or try on your own! You can do it!!!

If you forgotten what you need to say or sing, don't give up! Try to remember and don't let fear win!!!

If your teacher asks you something, don't be shy! Always remember: when you have something to say, just say it!

If somebody tries to tell you: GIVE UP!!! Ignore him\her. If your are brave enough, shout: I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! (I guarantee that you can!)

If a bully or an older kid tells you something bad,  just ignore him. Walk away. Don't cry! Say "do not judge me because I'm different. Nobody is perfect!"

Don't be shy that you are different from the others! Go ahead! Meet new friends! YOU'VE GOT THIS!!! 

If somebody tells you that you have darker skin tone, you will always answer: So what!? Where's the problem!?
