Personal achievements:
Henry Ford revolutionized transportation and industry in the United States. He was a prolific inventor who obtained 161 patents registered in that country. He is credited with FORDISM, a system he created by manufacturing a large number of low-cost automobiles, by chain production.
Personal Problems:
The so-called Ford Case or Ford Revolution is one of the most important events in terms of the technical development of the industry, motorsport and manufacturing technologies. In all three areas, this milestone marked a before and after. Henry, the founder and owner of Ford Motor Company, had to move his production center from his first factory to be able to take on this historic event. It took two years to design and build the Highland Park factory in Detroit, which would eventually open in 1910. In 1978, this then-inactive industrial plant became part of the United States' National Historic Landmarks registry of America.
What did he do to overcome the problems? He works hard puts a lot of effort into his company and left some problems behind and kept going.
