So the story began with a silly spider that had a dream to start a candy business. He sat in his home all alone and wondered how to start a business...

Instead of dwelling in his boredom, Spider decided to make his dreams come true! He planed and planed until the perfect process came shining through.

I know what I can do!

Spider decided that he would be the sole proprietor of his candy store. He liked the idea of having complete control of a business where he could make all the calls. 

I want my candy store to run on my own terms.

Spider knew that running a sole proprietorship would mean that he could run it his way, he could keep all the profits, and it would be relatively simple to open. So, he opened Spooky Sweets!

Welcome to the shop!

With all of that in mind he still saw the disadvantages. He knew he could run out of money and if something were to happen all of it would fall on his shoulders. Despite those factors, spider still prospered on.

Day after day people of the town would flood into his shop. He sold bunches and bunches of candy.

Soon, all that business caught up with Spider. The candy store was wiped out constantly and Spider was overwhelmed running the business on his own. So, Spider decided to find a partnership where he could co-own the business.

I definitely need some help!

One day Spider met Ghoul the Ghost and they talked and talked about business. They soon came to the conclusion that both would start a partnership in owning Spooky Sweets.

I'm Ghoul!

I'm Spider!

Spider was let down at the fact he would no longer have all the profits or call the shots on his own. But, the good outweighed the bad as Spider would no longer have full liability and the workload would be shared.

We are in this together!

In the following year, their profits shot through the roof and the two worked so good together. They both had never seen so much success before until they started a partnership.

The two wanted even bigger and better things so they started a corporation for Spooky Sweets. This means there will be a separate legal organization that branches off of Spooky Sweets.

We could expand even more with a corporation!
