VITAMINS

QUESTIONNAIRE ON VITAMINS
In order to learn more and talk about vitamins, students completed a relevant Google Form.

50 students from partner countries, both boys and girls, aged 7-10 years old, took part in it.

96% of the students answered that they eat fruit regularly.

More than half of the students answered that they eat fruit every day.

84% of the students answered that they regularly eat vegetables ...

... the majority of them (42%) about 3 times a week.

Students wrote down the vitamins they know. (Most popular: Vitamin C)

Almost all students (96%) think that taking vitamins daily is very important.

64% of the students get enough vitamins from their diet.

Almost all students feel that vitamins are important for people.

Finally, students were asked to name 3 vitamins and describe their importance for people.
Vitamin A is good for our eyes, teeth, skin and bones.
Vitamin B gives us energy is good for our bones.
Vitamin C helps us fight viruses and fatigue.
Vitamin D builds strong bones
Vitamin E is good for the heart and skin.
Vitamin K is good for the blood.

My favourite vitamin is D. The sun gives us this very important vitamin. some food have it too - for example, fish, eggyolk, milk, yoghurt and cereal. Vitamin D is very good for our health. If we get Vitamin D, we will have strong teeth, bones, and we won't get sick or catch a cold.
