Love for Balloons

Today’s News headlines: ‘Modi-ji ka kahana hai ki is mahaamaaree ke mausam mein saamaajik dooree banae rakhen aur apne haath dhoen.’  Naina and Nina, the twin sisters were watching the Hindi (Indian language )news in the  drawing room TV which says ‘ The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested  the citizens to  maintain social distancing and wash  hands frequently during this pandemic season’.

Mother rushed out of the bedroom and said  ” Girls, I'm going out”.

” Mama, where are you going ? Don't forget your mask ”,cried Nina.

“Honey, I am going out to the shop for your birthday party!”  mother told in a hush voice and left home.

The family has planned a birthday party for Naina and Nina the next day with close family members.

The kids were excited and started planning themself for the party.

Mother came back with candies,chocolates,paper cups and plates, return gifts and 15 packet balloons of different colours and shapes.

    Mother was trying to blow the balloon ,but Naina had an idea in her mind  “Mom during the physical school you used to do the balloon decoration and surprise us,now we'll make it ourselves”, she asked.

“Sure Honey”, said mom with a glowing smile.

Naina took her pink laptop,sticky tapes,scissors,balloon pump and balloon packets.Nina was not aware of the plan ,Naina told her about the idea and the twins rushed to the first floor drawing room which used to be almost empty except for two chairs.

Nina kept all the stuff in one chair, and Naina kept the laptop in another .
