One day in India, Aashi was getting ready for school and relized that she was running way behind schedule. She usually walked everyday, but today she knew she would never make it on time.

Aashi quickly ran out of the house and down the street to catch the school bus.

While she was on the bus, she saw someone bullying the kid sitting next to her. She did not say anything because she was scared that she would also be bullied.

When Aashi got home, she told her mother about what happened on the bus.

I saw a kid being bullied on the bus.
Well, that is not very nice. The person who was bullying is not fufilling his dharma and karma may catch up to him.

What does that mean, Mom? I do not understand.
Well, Aashi, in our faith, Hinduism, our main goal is to reach Mosksha, or liberation. And the only way to complete this is by having good kharma, and achiving your dharma. If not, you will be reincarnated.
