In the year 3927, an evil shark gang has taken over the planet earth.  This has forced all peaceful life to the planet Mars.

Inside the spaceship next to Mars, there was a dolphin named Dolphie.  As he grew up living on the spaceship, his dream was to become an Intergalactic Police Dolphin.  His one and only goal is to hunt down the shark gang's leader, Razor Shark!  He will bring peace back to the galaxy!

So Dolphie started the Police Academy, he took this training very seriously.  The fate of the whole galaxy lied upon his flippers.

After Dolphie completed his lessons in the classroom, he needed to complete the underwater obstacle course to finally graduate.  He gave 110% of his training to finish the hard obstacle course.

Dolphie couldn't wait for graduation day, and it's finally here. Dolphie was able to graduate at the top of his class! After he graduated, he went to see his mother and father.

His mom and dad are so proud of him.  He said, "Mom, Dad... I wanted you to know that I love you so much, but it is time for me to hunt down Razor Shark and his gang!"

Dolphie left Mars in search of Razor Shark.  While traveling he became thirsty.  First, he tried to stop at Saturn but couldn't stop at this gas giant.  His next stop was Neptune, but Neptune winds were too strong.  Finally, he was able to stop at the planet 2003 UB.
