Now that we sold everything we've made some dough.
But I still have to find a job though.
Everyone crowding, scrambling for a job, what has America turned into, a mob?
I heard the CCC was hirin', I didn't get in, it's so tirin'. I would've had to do manual work, but it would've worked.
Ima have to start making tunes, whatever can get us by, anything that'll keep us alive.

That's what I got so far, it's nothing much, but I told my mom that I'm gonna clutch.

My songs are playing on the radio, because everybody got one.
We had to move out to the city because our farm got destroyed, thankfully we got a small apartment, because now I'm employed.
A few years later, the depression ended, lots more have jobs, less people are dependent of the government, less economic tanglement.
