1. so we know the creator of the world has divided the entire species that created into two genders.

2.when the creator has not discriminated the two species, then humans have no rights to do so.

3.To talk about the importance of who is more pre-dominant than whom or which gender prevails over which gender is as equal to talkimg about which hand is important in your body right or left,you cannot function without any one of the hands missing,similarly a society cannot progress or work in accordance if any one of the genders treats the other gender down.

so to run a society in harmonious manner both the genders must work in accordance and respect each other.                                         4.we know that it is a fact that today  the education system is getting  better things are getting better and with the knowledge and importance and the position of woman being better in society,the gender inequality has been reduced to a great extent but we see today  in areas like rural areas in india woman is still not been given that importance.

5.to work for the beterment of the society and to run the society in best manner possible,it is very important that both the genders male n female work in harmony with each other respecting each others positions,values and mindsets.

6.we watch out lot of channels,media and many news channels thats been available to us via various portals, and we get to see everyday there are exploitation cases,bribary cases even till today till this date.so to understand this in broader perspective manner,we first  need to clear the mindsets on of importance of a woman.

7.even our vedic scriptures,our mythology,our culture respect worship and pray goddess and on and often on festivals like navratri we get remiders n fascinating messages that every woman has a godess in her and she needs to be respected,her strength and potential to be valued. 

8.so gender equality is definitely a concern to a society and this will happen we can equa;ise we can create a balance of  mindsets between both gendrs only from the upcoming youth of  todays generation,for the minsets have changed the era has changed and the youth is creating a future.

9.we see in todays world women has taken a major  position in every walk of life,be it cinema or glamour or astronomy or ruling a nation or be it any field you name it and you find a woman there,so it is just not important to give woman that poweror equality but it is also mandatory to do so because without women there is no society and not to forget the essence a man is also a womans creation,he comes out of a mothers womb whih protects,prevents and nurtures him for 9 months.

10.So they say that behind every successful man theres a woman but behind every womanthey are her strengths,her powers which make her strong,which make her a woman as a whole.So a woman has an unimaginable and invincible strength in her with which she can withstand any problem it is  the creators creation like that shez blessed with,so theres no doubt that we should be respecting or giving her that equal importance that the men has been getting since ages.
