There was a mission named Mission Mars started at 5 November 2013 . No one was ready to do this mission.

So they made a team with new entries in ISRO ( Indian Space Research Organization ) and it was first mission for new entries . First they launch a

rocket which was fallen in the water because of this many question were asked to the leader but he fought with the question & he was given a second chance with the balance 400crore only . After it became 200 crore only. So they have to use money carefully .

First they were not taking interest and were getting bored so the work was not happening properly so they were not getting ideas that how to design a satellite in such a low amount . On National Scientists Day they understood  their responsibilities by the words spoke by the leader .

They started working very hard and make the body of the satellite with plastic bags and a cloth  which can stitch itself  when it is torn . See the picture of the satellite made on the next Page.
