This is a  well known monument of the city, built in the the 4th century A.D. An excellent  roman monumental architecture with wonderfully crafted marble panels on each pillar. Covered with decorative and narrative characteristics.

Every monument that respects its existence, must be embraced by mysteries and fairytales . . .  Stories that make young children to be afraid  . . .

People say that, during the daylight a small shadow lives and walks around the marble monument.

But, during the late hours voices are heard, screams and sometimes whisperings. People say they have seen a monster chained on the arc, cursed to live under the arc . . .
