The visually impaired are all around us, but who are the ones who assist these people? They are none other than guide dogs - we wrote this book about them! Everyone knows that "Dogs are man's best friend", but do we really know what that means? From entertainment to therapy to police K-9 units, dogs have been helping people in many ways! Sniffing for drugs, comforting patients, giving therapy, all the way to even the familiar pet dog you have at home, which you probably have already regarded as your family member. We wrote this book in appreciation for these heroes in the background. Thank you, dogs!
