A river named Wowland is polluted by irresponsible people, but a little girl and her friends clean it up and teach the moral values of taking care of the environment and helping each other.

Lily, a nature lover, tries to keep her village clean. When Bobby throws rubbish into the river, Lily warns him. Bobby falls into the river and is saved by Lily and the fish. They become friends and clean the river together.
