Casey and Bill were have a very nice talk
and then Bill said that this weekend coming up is their
annual turkey hunt. Casey got very excited and asked
Bill if they could go to the grocery store right
away to get food supplies. Her little brother was to young
to go hunting. Bill had said that he had to wait at least
4 years before he could come along with them.

There was so many different
items in the store it was hard
to choose from. Lucky enough Casey's
father Bill had thought
ahead and written a shopping list.

They were in a huge rush to get to the
check-out isle because they didn't want to be
late for their annual Father&Daughter turkey
hunt.

Bill let Casey put the food items
on the counter and pay for their food.
Casey was extremely excited for the hunting
trip that she forgot to sat thank you to the cashier.
She was so sorry that she didn't say thank
you she ran back in and said thank you to
the cashier that helped them.

Bill and Casey decided it would be a good idea to
give their cooler a fun name. So Casey and her
little brother made a poster that said "Cooler of Dreams."
And then they packed it full of yummy, tasty, home baked treats.
With some other tummy rumbling food.

Casey and Bill had to get the turkey

hunting guns properly cleaned and ready.

Casey has a camoflauge gun and Bill has a

big black gun.

Casey was a bit rusty but she got back into the groove of a true hunter.
Bill was extremely proud of Casey for having such a good shot.
He said he might even let her shoot the turkey.
Casey was ecstatic about it.

So they loaded everything in the truck,

including their dog Buster. Buster loved

hunting but he loved the breeze in the back of

the truck even more.

Then they hit the road. It was going to be at least a
two hour drive to get to the hunting camp.

They pasted so many farms
on the way to the camp.

One after another.

And then they finally pulled
into the drive way of the hunting
cabin.

It was such a beautiful cabin
Casey loved it. She has had most of
her best memories in this cabin.

It was an early rise and shine for
both casey and Bill.

They waited quietly for hours
before they seen a turkey.

@casey, this is really well-written. The characters are fun and engaging, and I appreciate all the information included in the book. The graphics are a nice touch. I also learned something new, too. I never knew turkeys were so majestic. Thanks! This book is a must-read!
