Olivia's older sister, Ava, was acting weird.

Ava has been laughing all day about nothing!

Her eyes were as red as tomatoes, and she couldn't seem to remember Olivia's name!

Ava told Olivia that she had met a friend named "Mary Jane".

Olivia promised Ava not to tell her mom, or else Ava would get in trouble!

"Mary Jane must be pretty mean to Ava, maybe her eyes are red from crying too much.." Olivia thought.

But wait... Ava was laughing! Maybe Mary Jane is nice..

Olivia also noticed that ever since Ava started hanging out with Mary Jane, she's been staring at nothing.

Ava also said that she uses Mary Jane when she's stressed, and that she makes her feel good..

...why would she use Mary Jane? And for WHAT?
