Once upon a time there was an old carpenter, Gepetto, who made a wooden puppet. ‘How nice he is! I will call him Pinocchio.’ That same evening, Gepetto went to bed.

Suddenly, a fairy appeared and using her own magic wand, she gave life to Pinocchio. The next morning, old Geppetto was very happy when he saw his puppet walking and talking. So, he decided to send Pinocchio to school.

But Pinocchio was a naughty boy! 

He was so naughty that he got a donkey’s tail 

and donkey’s ears and the fairy sent him into a cage! Then, the good fairy appeared again and asked him: ‘What did you do, Pinocchio?’ Pinocchio started telling lies. Then his nose started getting bigger and bigger!!! The good fairy decided to forgive Pinocchio

One day Pinocchio decided to leave home. When Geppetto found out that Pinocchio had left, he tried to find him. He took a boat and looked around the sea. He was in the middle of the ocean when a big whale opened her mouth and swallowed him. Geppetto was very sad because he could not see Pinocchio again. But the good Fairy led Pinocchio to the sea and gave him a raft. Pinocchio got into the whale’s big mouth. ‘What a surprise!’
