For all who suffer from anxiety.

It all started when I was in Pennsylvania with my mom and sister. I was at my cousins house for dinner. We had pizza and brownies and nobody could forget the soda. I had finished my first brownie and dove for another. In an instant I felt nervous. I am terrified of vomit, and being full made me scared. At first I tried to ignore it but it just wouldn't leave me alone.

Once we got in the car it got worse. I was shaking, sweaty, and afraid. I just barely held out for the ride back to my grandpas. When we got there I blew a sigh of relief and went inside to get changed.

Once I finished changing, I went to check out my uncle's old bedroom. As I got into my uncle's bed, I saw a hunting rifle and then my mom said not to touch anything. All of sudden I felt scared of sleeping in my uncle's bed. I also felt very anxious because I wasn't in my own house. I jumped out of bed and headed down stairs with my mom and sister. As soon as we got there, I started to pace. I stayed up for hours. I even made a video for my therapist to let her know how I was feeling.

I prayed a lot, and watched a ton of Shark Tank. Even though it was hard, I never gave up. I was not going to let my anxiety control me. I went to sleep by taking a panic attack pill which my mom brought. At first I was afraid of taking the pill but I knew it wouldn't hurt me, so I took it.
