How to be healthy .

Introduction :

most of us want a healthy body , and healthy life style , it's not hard to be healthier, All you need is to have the passion .

on this book, I will tell you my goals to be fit 

1. Healthy food 

To have a healthy food you need to :

Eat more vegetables 

Eat more fruit 

don't eat food that has high calories 

decrease the sugar on your food 

try to eat more (fish , meat , chicken) 

2. Exercise

one of the important thing to be healthier is to exercise, for exercise you need to do :
