Hello, Robert Stephen Co here, and I am tired of writing in this journal the things that I do every week, and has fully convicted not to do that despite it being the requirement of the teacher to do so every week.

Actually, what I would rather do for this week is to tell you something that I have not done for the whole week, and how the Japanese expression "Ara ara" which is a Japanese word, memefied in the internet and is usually used by Japanese females to express amusement or curiosity, connects to the Greek ideology of "Arete" that is related to moral virtue, and which is somehow connected to the things that I did not do for this week for various reasons that I would also tell but have not actually done (I needed to emphasize that for drama).

While I regularly do subscribe to Japanese media, or commonly known as Animation, Comics, and Games (ACG) in Taiwan and Southeast Asia (Sometimes ACGN with N as Novels), for this week, I have actually not engaged with these Japanese media that much as compared to the regular me during the pandemic and during these past few weeks that I have been doing journals.

There were actually weeks in the past where I engage in something totally different; however, my engagement with these ACGs actually increase over time, and I actually develop a conscious bias on Japanese media over other countries because of my visible and constant subscription to them.

While not engaging with ACG, I spent my week studying for the competitions that I have joined while doing several individual and group assignments required by our teachers. These include the (1) European Union (EU) Whiz: Online Quiz Bee Competition, which I have mentioned on my 2nd week Journal, surprisingly a Japanese media focused quiz organized by PNU Nami (2) Studio Quizbli, regular chess practices for the upcoming competitions including (3) National Chooks to Go Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship. and other regular activities including multiple regular meetings and editing works required from my multiple organizations.
