For the people who were scared to ask for help,
asking for help is not a weakness.
It is courageous.

Jorg woke up one day with lots of questions in her mind, "I need help. I think I can do it, but should I ask for help? What if I can't do it? What if I disturbed someone's free time?"
Jorg grew up independently and strong. As much as possible, she doesn't ask for help. But sometimes, she knows that she needs someone else to help her. To listen to her.
Aside from group works that she really asks for help, Jorg also knows that she needs help in making her feel less anxious. Nowadays, Jorg has been peeling off her lips, biting her nails, and just stressing herself over things that are not happening or things she can control. She is really just scared of asking for help.
In school, she is their leader, at home, she is the ate and for her friends, she is their mom. All of these roles are connected with being strong, independent, and a 'model'. She thinks that if she broke down, her friends, family, and classmates will also feel bad. This is why she tends to keep everything to herself.

What should I do? Should I just for help?
She started to think of herself. She is not a superhero, she is not invincible. She is human and she gets tired too. She started to debate with herself if she should just open up to her friends and ask for help to calm down and have a more positive thinking to stay sane.
It was a hard decision to make.
Sometimes, Jorg feels like a burden to people she asks for help. Of course, everyone is busy doing their own thing, with their own problems, and all that. But how can one survive alone? Deep inside, passing through that fear and denial, she knows that she needs help. She needs a helping hand that will bring her back to her feet and become a little stronger.
