Leading is never easy. Some people believe that to be a leader, you have to be in born with the abilities and skill of one. Authority, patience, compassion and passion, empathy, communication skills, adaptability, and the list of skills goes on. 

This is a story on how Jorg found her love for leadership.

Jorg was a carefree student who didn't care about being an officer or a leader in school. She performs good in school, but she never wanted to lead, even in groupings.

Not until, she became one. Just to have a feel at it.

Jorg was Grade 4 when she started. Since she was studying in a Catholic school, they have clubs that are religion related, usually named after their patron saint. 

They were nominating for an officer when she got called. She really didn't know what to feel. A part of her feels okay, but a much bigger part of her felt scared, nervous, or something. Maybe a little excited too.

Unfortunately, she didn't win. That woke up something inside her. Competitiveness? Maybe. Pride? Maybe. Embarrassment? Definitely yes.

Maybe this is where her love for leadership started.

Hi classmates!

Hi Jorg! You can be our leader!

After that, Jorg became more active. Spoke a lot more, participated in class more, until her classmates were happy with her and started getting her as their group leader.

Jorg enjoyed the feeling. The feeling of leading others, them having and putting their trust and respect in you.

This leadership thing followed Jorg until she grew up. Fast forward senior high school when she was voted to be the Vice President of their organization. It's her first big position!
