Ethical Responsibility to Children

At Bright Futures, we are committed to having a safe learning environment for all of our children. We respect all of our children and understand they are not all alike. Our goal is to help them succeed and grow while under our care.

Ethical Responsibility to Families

The families are equally as important as the children. Parents and/or guardians need to be involved with their child's education. We strive to ensure the families know what is going on each week. Every family is respected and opinions or feedback are valued.

Ethical Responsibilities to Colleagues

All colleagues are treated with respect. Positive work relationships help aid in a safe environment for the children. Any conflicts will be addressed

and handled professionally.
