Lilly and her mom are going to the beach today. 

Lilly loves going to the beach. This trip to the beach was going to be extra special because her mom had a fun surprise planned for them to do. 

Lilly's mom and her fed the seagulls. Her mom loved the seagulls. 

Off in the distance they saw a dolphin jumping out of the water. 

They saw a sea turtle on the beach. They stayed back and watched it until it went back into the water. Lilly's mom told her to always let the sea turtles have their space because they are so special and they should never bothered.

As they were walking further down the beach they saw a little seal on a little island. It was crying. Lilly's mom thought it might be crying for its mom. 

Then out of the water came the mother seal. Lilly and her mom were so happy that the seal was back with its mom. 

Next for their beach day they went on a pirate ship to look for dolphins. Her mom thought that this would be a lot of fun but was hoping they would not get sea sick. 

The captain of the ship was Captain Emily Peterson and this ship was in her family for a very long time.
