Some of the holy writings were the bible.
Hebrew law- Women could not officiate at
religious ceremonies. The duty of the
women were to raise and take care of
there kids. Also the 10 commandments
which was just justice with a little mercy
from god. There belief was to please god
they had to study the scripture and to live
according to what they teach.

Christianity

Jesus-Was a teacher and is our lord and savior and
he saved us all from our sins.
Deciples- Were 12 of his most trusted men
Apostle paul- Had enormous influence on
christianities develepoment Born from 6 to 4 B.C.

God set the rules slash guidlines down
for everyone to follow. He taught the
people.

Christianity was there belief and jesus was the
influence for christianity.

Hinduism

A collection of beliefs that slowly
development over a long period of time.

Hinduism is to see religion as a way of
liberating the soul from illusions,
disappointments, and mistakes of everyday
exstence

Talk of how you can achieve liberation from
desires and suffering

Buddhism

The founder of buddhism was
Siddhartha Gautama.

He had the four noble truths.
The first one life is filled with suffering and
sorrow. The second one is the cause of all
suffering is people's selfish desire for the
temporary pleasures of the world. The third
one is the way to end all suffering is to end all
desire. And the fourth one is the way to
overcome such desire and attain
enlightenment is to follow the eightfold path,
which is called the middle way between desires
and self-denial.

Buddha preached his first sermon he called it
the four noble truths. Had a strong belief in
reincarnation. the 5 disciples were the first
monks to ever spread his word.
