Why should we take care of our environment?

1. We should take care of our environment because it helps keep us alive! It provides us with the food we eat, the water we drink and the oxygen we breathe. 

2. Earth is our only home so we must protect it and care for it. 

3. Caring for the environment makes us healthier as we are stopping pollution which has bad affects on our health.

Things we can do to care for and protect our environment. 

Follow the three R's : Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Plant trees and grow flowers and food.

Don't waste a lot of water - turn off your tap when brushing your teeth.

Use less electricity - when you leave a room turn all the lights and electronics off.
