The environment is all of Earth's physical surroundings, whether living or non-living. The stratosphere, hydrosphere, and lithosphere are the three primary components of the non-living environment. Generally, the air is known as consists of the layer of nitrogen, oxygen, and other gases surrounding Earth. Meanwhile, the hydrosphere defines the world's seas and other bodies of water.
Next, the lithosphere is the Earth's outermost layer. It includes the crust and the upper mantle's solid uppermost layer. The lithosphere also contains the rocks and soil that make up the Earth's surface. Humans, animals, plants, and other living things rely on the environment's non-living components to endure. Following this, the biosphere is the part of the environment where life occurs. Numerous ecosystems make up the biosphere. These are communities of living and non-living creatures that rely on one another.
However, humans are constantly changing the environment. Many of these modifications are dangerous to living things. Human activities have polluted the air and water all over the world. Not only that, but people also tend to harm animals' habitats. So, as human beings, we are the ones that have to play a role in taking care of our environment.
The National Ocean Service has proposed ten easy options to create a healthier world. The first and foremost is to Reduce, reuse, and recycle. Cut down on what you throw away. Succeed the three "R's" to conserve natural resources and landfill space. Next is voluntary service. We can volunteer ourselves for cleanups in the community. You can get involved in protecting your watershed, too.
