Elizabeth wakes up in the middle of the crowded street in Limassol. The approaching cars start honking and confused Beth runs away towards the little avenue. She doesn't know what happens. She looks at the end of it and sees tall black human shape. Everyone in her place would be terrified. She turns back and escapes to the main street.

There are a lot of people, colors and noises. She notices a big sign „Anthestiriya – the Flower Festival”. 

People laugh, talk and sing, there are parades with beautifully decorated floats full of magnificent flowers. Elizabeth forgets about terrible experiences and is having fun. 

After a few minutes she meets Zoe – her best friend who went on holidays and Zoe’s grandma. They tell her they are going to Zoe’s cousin - Michael and asks Beth if she wants to go with them. Elizabeth immediately agrees because she still doesn’t know what is going on and hopes that visit will explain more.

Elizabeth and her friends reach Michael’s house and they see a big monument of a golden parrot. Beth thinks it’s beautiful, but it also reminds her of her pet. She gets sad.

Then she goes with Zoe and her family to the kitchen. They eat Halloumi – the most delicious grilled cheese she has ever tasted. They drink coffee and have conversation about Beth’s situation. But Elizabeth is not honest - she says that she wanted to surprise them and she just got lost on the way from the airport. They finally go to bed. 

They wake up in the morning and they have an excellent idea of going for a trip to Kurion. They have always wanted to see the remains of ancient temples, theatres, buildings and marble columns that can be found in this ancient city. 

After breakfast they go to Kurion and they are talking all the way. They find the place very beautiful and they are enjoying the trip very much.  And then all of the sudden, it becomes darker and darker outside...

Suddenly a dark shape appears. It reminds Beth of the stranger that she saw in the street. She looks around. Michael, Zoe and her grandmother are gone. She tries not to panic. She is going backwards, trying to stay as far as she can. 

The stranger is getting more and more visible. Mysterious person takes off hood, so Elizabeth can see her face. She looks kind of a human and an elf.  Unnaturally tall woman has skin with mysterious-looking white bluish symbols on her face. She has big, beautiful eyes. Looking at her face you can tell that she is serious.

Elizabeth gets more and more scared. She looks once again at the place where the creature is standing. Her friends are tied up - they look scared. Beth doesn’t know what to do. She knows that stranger may be dangerous for her and for them. Then, she sees that woman is holding her hands up - she is forming something like a pink lightning… Elizabeth decides to hide behind a giant piece of old wall. The stranger hits the wall with her power - it breaks down immediately.

-Come to me kiddo… you have no chance with my powers… - Elizabeth hears woman’s voice, which sounds like an echo.                                                     

The girl decides to run away anyway. She knows that making creature’s job easier would be stupid. She hides behind some ruins and thinks what she can do. Then, she sees a weird ittle  rock, she touches it, she can feel the electricity going through her body. She feels strong. Elizabeth feels that she is brave - she approaches her opponent slowly.

Somnus puts her hand up and forms a circle out of light and throws it at Beth, but the girl stops it easily before it hits her face. Mystic creature seems to get unsure about her victory. Beth throws a thunder made of glass. Somnus escapes easily, but you can see fear in her eyes.
