EATING HABITS
FROM PAST TO PRESENT
-Nutrition was provided by hunting and the collection of plants found in nature.
-Feeding was less frequent and irregular, as it was not always possible to find prey or food.
-Finding food was the common concern of all family members.

-Meat, plants, fish and eggs were the main consumer items.
-Since food is not easy to store, people have constantly struggled with the problem of finding new food.
-With the domestication of animals, hunting has been replaced by animal feeding.
-With the emergence of agriculture, people's need to gather and migrate also decreased.
-With agriculture, a settled life was established and it was possible to eat more food by accumulating agricultural products.
-Until the food industry emerged, the diversity of nutrition was less because it was difficult to obtain high amounts of food.
-Nutritional differences have emerged from region to region according to the agricultural and livestock products grown.

-With the development of animal husbandry, people have access to foods such as milk, yogurt and cheese in addition to the meat they get from hunting.
-Thanks to the invention of agriculture and the production of grain and the acquisition of vegetables, more food per human being began to accure.

-As a result of the settled life that emerged as a result of agriculture, product accumulation and trade activities have also developed. Thus, people were able to reach different foods.
-With the development of industry and health services, the world population has increased extremely. As a result, mass-produced foods emerged.
-As a result of the processing of foods in the factory, it has led to the formation of very different nutritional alternatives.
-As a result of the development of biological science, people have solved life better and increased productivity in agriculture.
-With the introduction of freezers into our lives, it has become easier to store and transport foods. In this way, people now have access to every food in every season.

-Almost every packaged food consumed contains additives.
-Genetically modified plants are planted to feed the growing population.
-Natural resources are decreasing.
-Too much agriculture affects the fertility of the soil and the content of nutrients negatively.
-People who used to eat more protein by eating meat now consume more carbohydrates with artificial foods.
-Food no longer contains its former taste and nutritional value.
Consumption frenzy and malnutrition have revealed serious health problems such as excessive weight gain.
The biggest cause of weight gaining is the development of the fast food culture. Delivery food industry is also affected by the fast food consumption and it growth fastly.

-As a result of research carried out with the development of technology, more information has been gained about the types of diets that are healthy for people. With the emergence of the damage caused by meat and dairy products to the environment, diets such as veganism and vegetarianism emerged.

Eating habits have changed in this way with the development of human beings. In our age, every person can apply a diet according to their wishes, beliefs and the needs of their bodies.

EFFECTS OF THE
WRONG FOOD PRESERVATION ON HUMAN HEALTH
We must pay attention to the preservation conditions in order not to lose their nutritional value and to consume them without losing their freshness.

Foods that are not stored under favorable conditions deteriorate quickly, causing you economic damage and causing food poisoning, disrupting your health. Mistakes made when preserving nutrients; causes physical losses in nutrients, loss of nutritional value and hygienic risk.

We store most of our nutrients in the fridge. In order to ensure the most effective storage in the fridge, it is necessary to pay attention to the 5 laws of the fridge.

LAW 1: It should not be filled too much.
Overfilled of the fridge prevents cold airflow. This can lead to insufficient protection of nutrients and rapid deterioration. Therefore, care should be taken to place the nutrients in the fridge in such a way as to provide proper airflow.
LAW 2: All food must be stored closed so that it does not discharge.
In order to avoid cross-contamination between food, all food needs to be stored with their mouths closed.
LAW 3: Raw food should be placed on the bottom, cooked ones on the top.
If raw food is placed on the tops of the fridge, it can reach the lower parts of the water, creating cross-contamination. Therefore, cooked food should be placed on the top shelves and eliminate the risk of contamination.
LAW 4: Hot food should
not be put in the fridge
This adversely affects
cold airflow in the fridge
and reduces the quality
of nutrients.
LAW 5: Milk and its derivatives should be placed in the middle part, eggs should be placed in the lid and vegetables and fruits should be placed at the bottom.
The temperatures at which nutrients should be stored are different from each other. For the longest and most effective protection in the refrigerator, such a placement is required.
